Every work is an original creation in concept and execution by
the artist.  A certificate of authenticity will be provided upon 
request.

Confidentiality  Information relating to the client is considered 
to be private or proprietary to the client.  Artist will not divulge, 
disclose, reveal, report, or use any confidential information 
except as authorized by the client.

All notices, requests, demands by the terms of this agreement 
will be given in writing.

Pricing
Upon request the artist will provide the price plus taxes 
and shipping and handling costs if applicable.  (Commissioned works are
not taxable.)  

Shipping
The artist will be required to ship with insurance and tracking within 
an agreed upon timeframe.  

Satisfaction Guaranteed
The client has 30 day money back guarantee, but this will not 
include shipping.

All artwork is original in concept and created by me, Nancy Shuler.  No image on my website may be reproduced without my permission and is
protected under copyright law.  All Intellectual Property and copyright produced by the artist 
will be the property of the artist.  The client is granted a 
non-exclusive limited-use license of the Intellectual Property.
Title, copyright, Intellectual Property rights and distribution rights
of the Intellectual Property remain exclusively with the artist.
